If you’re wanting to upgrade multiple items, you will need to add that number of upgrades.

If you’re wanting to upgrade 3 sweatshirts to hoodies, this listing will need to be purchased 3 times.
Ordering more than one sweatshirt? Please leave a note at checkout to say which sweatshirt you would like upgrading. You can also send an email at woodlanddaisyco@gmail.com with your order number and the sweatshirt you desire to have upgraded.
If you purchase this listing by itself then you have not bought a physical item as this listing alone does not give you a hoodie.
You will be refunded if you only purchase this listing as this is not a physical item in itself.
Please be aware that colour may vary slightly between the crewneck and the hoodie.

Processing time is within 7 - 14 business days. Most products at this time are made to order.
Please keep in mind that the processing time may be up to 2-3 weeks if we experience a high volume of orders during market/holiday season and/or launches.
Shipping will average approximately 3-5 days.
Because everything is handmade and made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please make sure that your shipping address and credit card info are all correct before ordering. We are not responsible for customer input error.
Please keep in mind that the color of the product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in color settings on different screen monitors. There may be slight variations from the sample photo since all pieces are handcrafted.
We do inspect each item before they are shipped. Please contact us if there is any damage to the item upon arrival due to transit and please be sure to supply us your order number as well as pictures of the damage.
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it is unfortunately out of our control. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier/weather delays or lost/stolen packages. Contact your local USPS for any of these issues and/or fill out any of their claim forms for these issues.
