How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Processing time is within 7 business days. Most products at this time are made to order.
Please keep in mind that the processing time may be up to 2-3 weeks if we experience a high volume of orders during market/holiday season and/or launches.
Shipping will average approximately 3-5 days in the US and 7-15 days internationally.
Do you do custom orders?
At this time, we do not do custom orders.
Do you do wholesale?
At this time, we do not. We hope to be on Faire Wholesale Website by the end of February 2025.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Because everything is handmade and made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please make sure that your shipping address and credit card info are all correct before ordering. We are not responsible for customer input error.
Please keep in mind that the color of the product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in color settings on different screen monitors. There may be slight variations from the sample photo since all pieces are handcrafted.
We do inspect each item before they are shipped. Please contact us if there is any damage to the item upon arrival due to transit and please be sure to supply us your order number as well as pictures of the damage.
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it is unfortunately out of our control. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier/weather delays or lost/stolen packages. Contact your local USPS for any of these issues and/or fill out any of their claim forms for these issues.
What event will you be at next?
We're located in the Willamette Valley and offer in person shopping at select farmers markets, festivals and pop up events throughout the year. Check out our market page for an updated list of our events.
We participate in events throughout the PNW (Oregon, Washington and Idaho).

Can the scrunchies/apparel go in a washing machine/dryer?
Scrunchie Care Instructions:
Cotton/Satin Scrunchies - Machine wash cold with alike colors in a garment bag and/or handwash with mild detergent.
Do not dry in a drier! Heat will cause the elastic to lose its elasticity. Place on a dry, clean towel to air dry. If you must use a drier, use the lowest temperature setting and place inside a garment bag.
Towel Scrunchies - Machine wash cold with alike colors in a garment bag and/or handwash with mild detergent.
Wring to remove excess water and fluff. Place on a dry, clean towel to air dry. If you must use a drier, use the lowest temperature setting and place inside a garment bag.
Embroidered Apparel - Turn inside out. Machine wash cold with alike colors. Do not dry clean. Do not iron on design. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.
What type of elastic do you use for the scrunchies? Are they hair ties?
For the classic/skinny/ribbon scrunchies, we use 1/4 inch elastic tied in a knot.
For the XL/XXL/Towel scrunchies, we use 1/2 inch elastic sewn together.
We do not use hair ties/rubber bands as they break easily.
