Our Policy
Because everything is handmade and made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please make sure that your shipping address and credit card info are all correct before ordering. We are not responsible for customer input error.

Please keep in mind that the color of the product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in color settings on different screen monitors. There may be slight variations from the sample photo since all pieces are handcrafted.

We do inspect each item before they are shipped. Please contact us if there is any damage to the item upon arrival due to transit and please be sure to supply us your order number as well as pictures of the damage.

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it is unfortunately out of our control. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier/weather delays and/or lost/stolen packages. Contact your local USPS for any of these issues and/or fill out any of their claim forms for these issues.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/Exchanges for Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at woodlanddaisyco@gmail.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You will need to provide your order number and any photographs of either wrong item and/or any damage.
