Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 - 14 business days (excluding weekends, market season and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please be patient if you order during market season (May - October and December). Your order may have an extended 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please keep in mind that the processing time may be up to 2-3 weeks if we experience a high volume of orders during market/holiday season and/or launches.
Shipping will average approximately 3-5 days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP

At this time, we do not have local delivery or pickups. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at woodlanddaisyco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
